Yes — we offer professional installation in South Florida, including Broward, Palm Beach, and surrounding areas.

If you're outside our local range, we ship ready-to-install kits with easy instructions.

Absolutely. Each unit is sealed with an exterior-grade wood finish that resists:

• Rain
• Sun/UV damage
• Humidity
• Insects & mold

We recommend reapplying a protective coat every 12–18 months for maximum life.

We offer two options:

• Dig and anchor in concrete
• Surface-mount base: For bolt-down installs on concrete or pavers

All hardware is included. Need help? We offer phone/email support or local installation if you're in Florida.

Each product listing has detailed size specs (height, width, and base footprint).

If you’re in an HOA or need exact measurements, message us before ordering — we’re happy to help.

Due to the custom nature of each build, we don’t offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged.

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately with photos if anything is wrong — we’ll make it right.

Yes. All mailboxes we use are USPS-approved and function just like any standard mailbox. We also offer secure parcel drop options and locking units on certain models.

Yes! You can:

• Choose from different stains or finishes
• Add your custom house numbers
• Upgrade to include planter boxes, solar lights, or a locking box
• Request minor layout changes on select models

Just message us or fill out the “Custom Request” form during checkout.

Most standard orders are built and shipped within 7–10 business days.

Custom designs may take 10–14 business days depending on complexity.
